[Sorry, everybody. I’ve totally been neglecting my RP blogs.]
[All of April and a good amount of May so far has been completely insane. I had the play and the end of track, the college board exam on Wednesday, my show choir audition on Friday… I’ve got an audition for Les Miserables tomorrow and an audition for the school production of Legally Blonde coming up in two weeks. Research papers to write, books to read, concerts to perform… it’s been much more ridiculous than I was expecting]
[So for right now, I guess I’m kind of on a short hiatus? Just until things get less nuts around here… the year is winding down and I’ll have a lot more time once school is done. And I’ll try to get things done during the weekends too. I feel really bad about keeping you guys all waiting, but I know who I owe and I WILL get my replies done as soon as I possibly can. This goes for all my RP blogs]
[I’ll be back whenever I can. Also, you can usually find me on my personal blog during the evenings while I’m doing my homework, so if anybody wants to chat, I’ll be there.]

[APUS Semester Exam is today. The good news is, after today I won’t have staggering amounts of homework to deal with at night so I’ll actually have time to spend here. The bad news is I was working until eleven last night and I still have exactly ONE assignment left to do before seventh hour today]

[Working on homework all day today. That means no more replies for the rest of the day. Sorry! But guess what? This next weekend is the weekend of the play at my school, and once the play is over I WILL HAVE INFINITELY MORE FREE TIME]
[WHICH MEANS MORE REPLIES EHEHE]
[Better yet, track will be done the week after that, and the college board exam I’ve been cramming for is on the 15th. Which is awesome because that means the 15th is the day I finally am free from hours and hours of history homework.]
[TL;DR - I won’t be on for the rest of today but in the next few weeks I’ll have more time to get on the computer and finish replies.]

Jack had finally returned to Burgess after spending so long away from it ad he’d spent the day hanging out with Jamie and Sophie and a few of the other children for a good portion of the day before they’d had to go home. Jack chuckled as he walked down a sidewalk, dragging his staff alongside him and causing ice patterns to form on the concrete. He stared up at the sky for a few minutes, before he turned and began to walk back down the sidewalk, lightly lifting into the air as he got ready to head off to the woods where he’d find a place to rest for the night.
His actions were halted however when out of the corner of his eye, he thought he saw a familiar brightly colored figure disappear through the trees. Jack instantly changed direction, flying over the tops of the buildings and over the tree tops to stare down at his friend. She looked as if she was in pain, Jack thought with concern and he lowered himself down to the ground, racing to Tooth’s side and getting down onto his knees beside her. “Tooth? What’s wrong, what happened?” Jack questioned, his worry showing on his face and in his voice.
Tooth wasn’t entirely sure where she’d flown to - in her agony, she’d escaped and gone as far as her wings could take her before collapsing. She’d hoped nobody would find her there, but when she heard Jack’s voice, it almost seemed as if her pulse had come to a screeching halt. She glanced up at him with fearful eyes, her arms wrapped tightly around herself.
“It’s - it’s some sort of magic,” she explained, her voice a wretched gasp. She’d dealt with magic plenty of times before, but never had she experienced any sort of sorcery such as this. It was terrifying - and Tooth rarely ever found herself afraid. “It - it hurts, Jack.” A new wave of pain crashed over her and she let out a tormented groan, nearly being knocked over. Her hands flew forward to catch herself, to hold herself up, but she could not imagine staying like this for another minute, let alone two days. “It burns.”

[So sorry I haven’t been on much lately! Things have been crazy. I’ve been spending most of my free time on my other two RP blogs and not as much on here as I’d like to.]

“It has to be somewhere around here…” He didn’t know which dragon he was dealing with so he had to be careful. More than that, he had to be slow so he wouldn’t startle it into attacking. So Hiccup walked carefully and diligently looking over places where a dragon may hide.
“Ah…! W-what?” Hiccup turned quickly. His heart felt like it was jumping in his chest. That was surprising. He hadn’t expected to meet anyone so far out in the forest. And certainly not someone who looked like this person in front of him. “Ah….” his eyes stared over the bird…person…creature. “A…dragon,” he managed to breath out in answer. “Who—….?”
Tooth could see she’d startled him and jumped back slightly in her own surprise. Well, he could see her at least… already that was a bit better than she’d been expecting. Still, she hadn’t meant to frighten him. “Sorry, sorry!” she apologized quickly, wearing a worried expression. “I didn’t mean to surprise you…”
His explanation was somewhat more surprising. “A dragon?” she repeated, glancing around. That couldn’t be good. Of course, this was Berk - she shouldn’t have expected anything less. Noticing the boy’s still startled expression, she offered a kind, gentle smile. “I’m Tooth. The Tooth Fairy. Sorry about sneaking up on you like that.”

“You’re leaving now I assume?”
“Well, I…” Tooth wasn’t entirely sure. Her shoulders slumped slightly, her eyes downcast. She didn’t want to leave. After all, she was in love with him. “Do you want me to go?”

“Oh, wow!” Emma bounced excitedly. “That’s amazing! My brother told me that you took my tooth when I lost it! But maybe it was one of your little hummingbird fairies instead!”
Tooth beamed, nodding excitedly. “You’re probably right! My little helpers are wonderful, collecting teeth for me - they’re the best a girl like me could ask for really!”
